Updating to say I am closing down commissions for the time being, all I can really say is I'm really busy and I am very much not doing well, so I need to shut down commissions until I can get things back to normal.

I will update this journal when I open commissions again, so just be on the lookout.

Since my pageviews have been going up I'll go ahead and post this now, whoever is the 100,000th visitor gets to request what fanart I draw next!

This isn't a free for all like the last time (no original characters), but you can pretty much request fanart from almost anything (I say almost because there are certain things I will not draw... but there's honestly no harm in asking me, so have at least 2 ideas ready.)

You may also tell me what your favorite characters are from said series, and I will include at least one of them in the piece (so you may want to give me multiple favorites to choose from.)

Basically it's still going to be a fanart of my design, but you'll be like my co-director, telling me which direction you want me to go in.

I've been getting a few requests for prints or posters of my Sailor Avengers piece, so I gave in and set up a society 6 shop (society 6 seemed to be the best for the odd size of the piece and it has good quality prints.)

I have been thinking about opening up a shop on one of those sites like etsy or society 6, because I really need a source of income outside of commissions but I have a few questions and want a few opinions on the matter.

First off, what website would you recommend for this? I am looking for a place where the work doesn't fall on me to do the printing and shipping (because if I have to do everything I might as well forget it and take on more commissions.) Do any of you have shops at any of these places? What are your experiences like?

And for those of you who might be buying, what kind of artwork would you be interested in? Are there any types of things you'd want to buy, like ipod skins or good old fashioned mugs?

I know you guys love fanart, but would you like original work? (I really really really would prefer to open a shop with just original work.)

And just overall would you guys be interested?

This may not be something I open anytime soon (I may be doing some artwork specific for whatever shop I open, so I need some time to get some things together.)

I am currently too busy to take on any new jobs, I cannot take on anything that requires multiple illustrations like books or comic books. Thanks to those that have sent offers and I am sorry that I cannot help.

I am willing to negotiate single illustration commissions, but you will basically be wait listed and your commission may take months to complete depending on the time that you contact me and where you are in the list.

I was going to close off commissions completely but I could use the money and if there's something you really want but are willing to wait for, I will do my best to accommodate.

Since I know a lot of you guys play video games I will go ahead and ask this here.

I FINALLY started playing Skyward sword, but I am having a buggy issue where every few minutes Link won't stop running around even though I am pressing nothing. It wouldn't be a big deal but when it happens it's hard to control where he moves to, like it's hard to make him turn around, I also cannot climb down ladders when it happens.

The only way to "fix" it is by reconnecting my wiimote, but even the "fix" only tends to last for minutes at a time.

I've never had these sort of problems til adding the wii motion plus on my wiimote, I have a secondary nunchuck which I plugged in, thinking that was the problem, but nope, still have this issue.

Do I just need a brand spanking new wiimote? Is it the motion plus? IS IT THE GAME? OMGWHATDOIDO?

What makes it worse is he just runs in circles, my Link is defective. Stop running around Link! CALM THYSELF.

EDIT: Definitely not a problem I can fix tonight. Link just committed suicide by jumping off a cliff.*rofl*

I really did not realize that I had not updated here in 2 months, it's amazing how sometimes life just makes you not aware of time. Fall is always busy.

Unfortunately things are still hectic, I have a busy week ahead, and then travel and family madness. I will be GONE from December 17-December 28th to visit family, during this time it will be very hard to reach me online so if you message me don't expect a response until I get back.

Just have to say APE was a lot of fun this weekend, I had a great time and met tons of amazing people and talented artists! I really want to say thank you to everyone who came to say hi and I'm glad so many of my friends came out and supported me. The experience definitely opened me up to maybe doing more cons in the future.

I am currently DEAD TIRED and catching up on work, so if I am a little slow at getting back to people I apologize.

So I caved and got a tumblr, [link] I'll be reblogging artwork I put up here and some of the art from [link] (which I will be updating tomorrow) otherwise I don't know what I'll use it for. I mainly got it for those people who prefer tumblr to sites like DA or blogspot.
