slight gallery cleanup
Journal Entry: Sat Oct 13, 2007, 2:49 AM
I did a small gallery cleanup, the following has happened-
-many items I considered old, unfinished, or just plain didn't like were moved to the scraps
-one scrap drawing was trashed
-I was actually tempted to delete/scrap many more drawings, but I'm going to try and resist the temptation until I have more art to replace those drawings.
For those who haven't known me long, this is not an uncommon thing for me (to trash my gallery when I dislike it or feel things are getting old) so if there are any drawings of mine you like, I suggest downloading them and saving them to your computer because there is no guarantee I will keep it up in my gallery.
Now I return to drawing. (whoosh)

A friend of mine does this quite often as well. He even trashed like tens of pages of his comic recently. I wish I got the guts to do this, but I am a bit of a packrat in real life and online. XD
I'm kind of a packrat too, but I don't like to keep old drawings on display. I try to keep the drawings themselves, but I can pack them away where I don't have to look at them and feel ashamed.
But I still can't keep everything, with digital files I've lost things before in computer moves. And for my real media stuff it just ends up taking too much room so I end up throwing things away every once in a while. My parents actually have the majority of my old paintings because I don't like throwing old canvas away (it can always be reused) but I don't have enough room for it here.
