Just an updated version of the oncoming adipose, with 10 now as an adipose as well.

People always wanted to see the adipose larger but as they were painted very small in the original version, it really required a bit of painting over to make them the main focus of a painting.

This is so weird. Not three days ago I sent this text: "Dream about an Adipose dressed up as Eleven, with a bow tie and fez and all the adventures he has with his Adipose companions in their makeshift TARDIS made out of an orange juice carton colored with markers!" The fact that his has materialized in front of me is fantastic. They're all absolutely adorable.
